Extract-derived listings need their own treatmentResolved
The catalogue table lists standardised botanical extracts alongside synthetic peptides. A purity figure on an extract is a marker-compound assay result, not an area percent of one species, and treating them as the same measure would mislead a reader comparing rows. — AnalyticalAnnie (talk) 09:15, 19 March 2025 (UTC)
Agreed. A note under the table rather than a second table, which would be excessive for the number of rows involved. — ChromCleanupCass (talk) 12:40, 19 March 2025 (UTC)
Note added, and it gives us somewhere to say that a purchaser should ask which assay basis a given listing's figure refers to — which is now in §Ordering and availability as well, where someone about to order will actually see it. ✓ Resolved — Chromatokid (talk) 08:22, 20 March 2025 (UTC)
