Portal:Adverse effects
Harms, with their denominators
Introduction
An adverse-effect figure without its comparator rate and its source is close to meaningless. This portal collects the harm articles, each of which is written to give the trial incidence, the placebo rate, and the study the pair comes from — and to distinguish randomised evidence from pharmacovigilance signals, observational analyses and case reports.
Where a risk is genuinely contested, the article describes the dispute rather than settling it.

Things you can do
- Add the comparator rate to any incidence figure currently given alone.
- Review the litigation-related material for neutrality.
Items here are deliberately small enough to finish in one sitting. See Project:Verifiability before adding sources.
