Framing in Prescribing information

The cost paragraph in Prescribing information reads as an argument rather than a description. The figures are sound; it is the connective tissue between them that is doing the arguing. Awarded for the work on Temperature excursion and Prescribing information. Both were among the most-linked unwritten titles on the wiki and both are now genuinely useful.
