Approval scope for the archiving task

The approval covers threads older than 120 days that are marked resolved. Two threads were archived this week that carried no resolution template. Was the criterion widened, or is the template being read loosely? — Ref_Desk_Ron (talk) 22:34, 15 May 2025 (UTC)

Neither: those two carried the template inside a nested list, where the parser was not finding it. Fixed, and both are back on the live page. — AnalyticalAnnie (talk) 19:48, 16 May 2025 (UTC)

Edit rate during the maintenance window

The run made several hundred edits inside the hour the site notice asked automated tasks to stand down. Not a complaint about the edits themselves, which were fine — but the stand-down request exists so that the recent-changes feed stays readable. — MolarMassMaeve (talk) 09:13, 21 October 2025 (UTC)

My fault entirely: the pause was set in local time and the notice was in UTC. The schedule now reads the site notice directly rather than a hard-coded window. — AnalyticalAnnie (talk) 04:52, 22 October 2025 (UTC)

Could the run cover Loss on drying?

Loss on drying has the same bare-identifier problem the bot fixes elsewhere but does not appear to be in scope. Is that deliberate, or is the page simply outside whatever list the run works from? — KarlFischerKit (talk) 06:19, 12 January 2026 (UTC)

Outside the list rather than deliberate — the run works from a category intersection and that article had not been categorised into it. Added. — AnalyticalAnnie (talk) 20:58, 13 January 2026 (UTC)
