Pre-analytical requirements in HOMA-IR

The interval in HOMA-IR depends on tube type and time to separation, neither of which the article mentions. It is the sort of omission that makes a reader think a result is wrong when the sample was simply handled differently. — ProglucagonPia (talk) 15:24, 28 October 2025 (UTC)

Units in the HOMA-IR reference table

HOMA-IR mixes conventional and SI units within one table and gives no conversion factor. Per Project:Manual of style both belong in the table with the factor stated once.
