Active or total in Incretin effect
Incretin effect gives concentrations without saying whether they are of the intact hormone or of total immunoreactivity. The two differ by a large factor and the assays are not interchangeable. Does the source specify? — GIP_Genoveva (talk) 22:14, 15 January 2026 (UTC)
Intact, per the assay named in the methods. Now stated, along with the assay. — LCellLeif (talk) 09:05, 16 January 2026 (UTC)
RfC you may want to see
There is a request for comment open on Talk:Arcuate nucleus that touches an area you have edited in. It concerns how strongly the article should state that human evidence is absent, and it would benefit from more than three voices. — DPP4_Dagmar (talk) 22:15, 20 January 2026 (UTC)
I have read it and deliberately not commented — my view is already represented and a fourth voice saying the same thing is not more consensus. — LCellLeif (talk) 15:12, 21 January 2026 (UTC)
