This article should exist — the organisation meets criteria 1, 2, 3 and 5 of Project:Vendor notability comfortably, on registry identity, operating history, an independent testing record and a describable documentation practice.

The problem is the name. "WuXi" is a toponym shared with much larger and entirely unrelated contract-research organisations. An article that does not address that will be read as being about one of them, and an article that addresses it badly will read as an insinuation. — NPOV_Nadia (talk) 10:22, 12 August 2024 (UTC)

The neutral formulation is the factual one: state that the name shares a toponym, state that no source available to us establishes a corporate relationship, and state that none should be inferred. §Independent testing record explains what a certificate-versus-report agreement does and does not establish, which is useful, but a reader who has arrived wanting to know what to ask for has to infer it from a methodological paragraph.
