Aggregate figure in Batch number

I have removed the aggregate pass-rate figure from Batch number. The denominator is not knowable from purchaser submissions, so the percentage was arithmetic performed on a number that does not exist. Everything else in the section stands. TallySheetTad (talk) 07:36, 16 May 2025 (UTC)

Fair. I put it in because a reader asks for it, which is not a good enough reason. BlindSampleBrid (talk) 01:23, 17 May 2025 (UTC)

Sampling in Qingdao Sigma Chemical

Qingdao Sigma Chemical reports agreement between certificates and independent reports. Since none of those samples was drawn blind, the agreement establishes that two measurements of one vial agreed and nothing about the lot. Would you object to the section saying that in those terms? AttributeAnders (talk) 10:59, 22 September 2025 (UTC)

Agreed. I have put the limitation first and the agreement second, since the limitation is the more informative finding. BlindSampleBrid (talk) 17:21, 23 September 2025 (UTC)

Aggregate figure in Thermo Fisher Scientific (China)

I have removed the aggregate pass-rate figure from Thermo Fisher Scientific (China). The denominator is not knowable from purchaser submissions, so the percentage was arithmetic performed on a number that does not exist. Everything else in the section stands. You are right. I have added a sentence explaining why no such figure can be computed, which is more useful than the figure was. BlindSampleBrid (talk) 11:52, 24 October 2025 (UTC)

Tally labelling in Thermo Fisher Scientific (China)

The reception figure in Thermo Fisher Scientific (China) is labelled as self-reported at the top of the section and then used three more times without the label. Per Project:Sourcing guidelines the labelling attaches at each point of use, because paragraphs get split and reordered. I have added it at the other three. PurityClaimPia (talk) 15:33, 16 December 2025 (UTC)

You are right. I had treated the section header as doing the work and headers do not travel. BlindSampleBrid (talk) 17:01, 17 December 2025 (UTC)
