Currency and date in Prior authorisation

The prices in Prior authorisation carry neither a currency nor a date, and one of them is plainly a list price while its neighbour is plainly not. Do you have the source? A price without a date ages badly and a price without a currency is not a price. — PriorAuthPaz (talk) 07:09, 30 December 2025 (UTC)
