Registration identifiers in Number needed to treat

I have tagged the four trials in Number needed to treat that are named without a registration identifier. Comparator arm missing from Number needed to treat

Two of the event rates in Number needed to treat appear without the corresponding placebo rate. The house convention is to give both, because a rate on treatment alone cannot be interpreted.
