Assay behind the interval in C-peptide

The reference interval in C-peptide is given bare. Since it is method-dependent, stating it without the assay makes it look more universal than it is. Do you have the method from the source, or should it be attributed to the laboratory that published it? DEXA_Dilys (talk) 17:11, 30 April 2026 (UTC)

You are right that a bare interval looks universal. Attributed, with the method named. PanelPlannerPam (talk) 04:06, 1 May 2026 (UTC)

Pre-analytical requirements in C-peptide

The interval in C-peptide depends on tube type and time to separation, neither of which the article mentions. It is the sort of omission that makes a reader think a result is wrong when the sample was simply handled differently. ColdChainCleo (talk) 13:35, 7 June 2026 (UTC)

Added — tube type, time to separation and storage. You are right that it is the usual explanation for a surprising result. PanelPlannerPam (talk) 13:43, 8 June 2026 (UTC)
