The second column of the table in Trial data comparison is headed as mass and contains volumes. It is obvious from context, which is why nobody has fixed it, but the table is the part of the page people screenshot. A sentence in Sharps disposal instructs rather than describes. This wiki documents what is done and by whom; it does not tell a reader what to do, and on this subject in particular the difference is the whole of the medical disclaimer. Adding dead space to the worked example in Insulin syringe unit conversion closed a gap that had been quietly wrong for a year — the doses-per-vial figure had been assuming a syringe that loses nothing.
